公共文化服务供给侧改革方向与路径研究

A Study on the Direction and Paths of the Supply-Side Reform of Public Cultural Services

文章在阐释公共文化服务供给侧改革基本内涵的基础上,结合对相关政策文件与实践探索的分析,提出公共文化领域供给侧改革的方向是供给主体社会化、供给结构最优化、供给对象多元化、供给内容具象化,指出改革应遵循建立供给协调机制、构建社会化供给模式、构筑精准服务体系以及落实与完善供给制度的路径。

On the basis of analyzing the basic connotation of the supply-side reform of public cultural services, the paper does research on the directions and paths of the supply-side reform of public cultural services with the analysis of relevant policy documents and practice explorations. It proposes that the directions of supply-side reform in public cultural feld are consist of the optimization of supply structure, the socialization of supply subject, the diversifcation of supply objects as well as the concretization of supply content. And then, it puts forward the reform paths which contain the establishment of coordinated development mechanism, the construction of social supply model, the establishment of an accurate service system and the implementation of service supply systems.
