In view of abroad and domestic complicated situation, under the guidance of the overall national security concept our country formally passed National Intelligence Law this year. It marks that national intelligence and national security work has entered legalized orbit and been sure to exert far-reaching influence. The paper unscrambles National Intelligence Law in detail, mainly includes： carding its introduction course; describing its main contents, analyzing its main highlights and meaning. Then takes the overall national security concept as research perspective, the paper puts forward countermeasure suggestions of intelligence circles in China.
