美国高校元素养培养实践及对我国信息素养教育的启示

The Enlightenment of the Cultivation of Elemental Literacy in American Universities to the Information Literacy Education in China

元素养是提升其他一切素养的素养,是对信息素养内涵的延升,是面向WEB2.0环境的综合素养。文章在分析元素养内涵的基础之上,结合文献调研,对美国高校元素养培养实践中元素养MOOC、徽章系统、数字故事、嵌入专业课程、新生馆员制度等经典案例进行分析,并为提升我国信息素养教育提出一些建议:构建信息素养教育标准体系、融入元素养核心理念、创新信息素养教育模式、建立信息素养评价体系等。

Elemental literacy raises all other literacy and extends information literacy connotation that is a comprehensive literacy for WEB2.0 environment. On the basis of analyzing the elemental literacy connotation and combining with the literature research this paper analyzes the classic cases of elemental literacy MOOS, badge system, digital story, embedded professional course, new librarian system and puts forward some suggestions to improve the information literacy education in China. Such as： the construction of standard system of information literacy education, embedded core concept of elemental literacy, the model of innovative information literacy education ,the establishment of information literacy evaluation system.
