影响群体智慧抑制社会化媒体谣言传播的因素研究

Research on the Factors Affecting the Collective Intelligence to Suppress Social Media Rumors Spreading

研究表明群体智慧可以抑制社会化媒体谣言的传播,探索影响群体智慧高质量的因素,便于更好地利用群体智慧应对谣言传播,但是当前研究缺乏对这方面的定量分析。为弥补这一不足,构造社会化媒体谣言传播的系统动力学模型,定量描述社会化媒体谣言热度,通过建模和仿真分析群体智慧抑制谣言传播效果的影响因素。仿真结果表明,用户理性、用户规模、用户多样性及用户独立性的提高均会加强群体智慧抑制谣言传播的效果;而群体极化具有减弱作用。

Studies have shown that collective intelligence can suppress social media rumors dissemination. Exploring the factors of collective intelligence can make better use of collective intelligence to deal with rumors. However, previous researches ignore the quantitative analysis of this aspect. To fll the gap, the system dynamics model of social media rumors dissemination is built. The heat of social media rumors is quantitatively described. Through modeling and simulation, the factors that infuence the effect of collective intelligence on rumor propagation is analyzed. The simulation results show that the improvement of user rationality, user size, user diversity and user independence can strengthen the effect of collective intelligence to suppress rumors spreading, while group polarization has a weakening effect.
