摘要
该文主要对飞机液压系统起落架应急活门常用的密封方式进行归纳和讨论,根据实际顾客输入的技术要求,初步探讨密封方式的选取原则。并对设计密封结构过程中遇到的一些问题进行了详细说明,例如密封材料的选择、保护圈的使用原则、金属对金属组合密封表面的质量要求和金属对非金属组合密封表面的质量要求等,以及对端面密封结构和径向密封结构的优缺点进行了分析说明。希望能对相关行业技术人员开发新产品,探索新的密封方式提供启发。
This article mainly summarizes and discusses the sealing methods used in landing gear emergency valve check of aircraft hydraulic system. Based on the technical requirements of actual customer input, the principle of selecting sealing method is discussed. Some problems encountered in the design of the sealing structure are described in detail, such as the selection of sealing materials, the principle of using protective rings, the quality requirements of metal-on-metal sealing surfaces and the quality requirements of metal-to-nonmetal composite sealing surfaces. As well as the advantages and disadvantages of end seal structure and radial seal structure are analyzed and explained. Hoping to relate industries and technical personnel to develop new products, to explore new seal ways to provide inspiration.
