摘要
液化天然气(LNG)在国民生产中占据越来越重要的地位,其中LNG装置中用到的低温阀门是低温系统的重要设备之一。该文针对LNG易燃、易爆、温度低等特点,综合分析了LNG阀门的安全性结构设计。基于安全因素的考虑,探讨了LNG低温阀门的材料选择及处理方法、结构设计及其特点。
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) holds an increasingly position in national production. The cryogenic valve used in the LNG installation is one of the important equipment of the cryogenic system. In view of the characteristics of LNG, such as flammable, explosive and low temperature, the safety design of LNG valve is comprehensively analyzed. Based on the consideration of safety factors, the material selection and treatment methods, structural design and characteristics of LNG cryogenic valve are discussed.
