矿用梭车液压系统典型故障机理分析与处理 被引量:6

摘要 针对煤矿用梭车液压系统出现的齿轮泵频繁损坏,制动效果差,卷缆失效等问题,从液压系统组成、元件的结构、工作原理、技术参数等角度出发,分析了诱发故障的机理,提出了故障排除或预防措施,现场实践验证了措施的有效性。其次,根据梭车液压系统特点,提出几点设计、维护建议,可为梭车的使用和维护者或液压系统的设计者提供参考。 Aiming at common failures in shuttle car hydraulic system, such as frequent failure of gear pump, poor braking effect, overheat of hydraulic system, failure causes are analyzed and troubleshooting and preventive measure are proposed, which are based on the structure, working principle parameters of components. These measures are verified by tests. Based on the characteristics of this system, some advices about design and maintain are proposed. So it can offer reference for people who use, maintain the shuttle car or design a hydraulic system for shuttle car.
