摘要
液压缸作为液压系统执行元件,在工程机械广泛使用。液压缸的故障模式较多,其中,液压缸反弹发响是较为常见的故障。该文针对液压缸反弹故障进行了分析,介绍了产生反弹发响故障的主要原因及解决方法,对技术人员的元件公差设计、问题快速排查并解决液压缸反弹发响故障起到指导作用,提升液压缸品质。
Hydraulic cylinder as the actuator of hydraulic system is widely used in engineering machinery. The failure mode of hydraulic cylinder is more, in which the shaking noise is a more common fault. In this paper, the main causes and solutions of the failure of the shaking noise are introduced. This paper has a guiding effect on the engineer′s design of component tolerance design, helps them check the cause and find the appropriate method to improve the quality of hydraulic cylinder.
