摘要
设计了一种气动疲劳试验装置,该装置采用全气动控制,气缸驱动,气动阀、气动开关和气动计数器等气动元件控制,可实现对产品进行疲劳试验,试验的方式包括定值砝码加载、压力值可调的疲劳试验,以及线束牵拉的疲劳试验。该装置结构紧凑、运行顺畅,操作灵活,无需接电即可工作,在研发试验中取得了良好效果。
A pneumatic fatigue test device was designed. The device adopts full pneumatic control, cylinder drive, pneumatic valve, pneumatic counter, pneumatic components such as switches and control, which can realize to fatigue test of products, including fixed value weights loading test way, adjustable pressure value of the fatigue test, and fatigue test of wire pull. The device has a compact structure, smooth operation and flexible operation. It can work without electricity and has achieved good results in the research and development experiment.
