摘要 针对车间采用人工搬运铜板时,存在的劳动强度大、重复率较高、工人易受伤等缺点,提出了一种基于PLC控制自动送料平台设备。设计了自动送料平台机械结构的总体方案;使用以三菱Q系列PLC为控制核心,设计了系统的总控制模块,包括气动控制模块和电路控制模块,采用气动控制模块实现铜板自动夹紧和翻转的功能,采用电路控制模块实现自动送料平台设备运送、返回及其他信号的接收和处理功能。采用GX Works 2软件实现自动送料平台设备手动、回原点、自动、自行检测、报警等控制功能。实验结果表明此系统不仅具有稳定性好、方便快捷等特点,且可有效提车间铜板的调度管理能力。该系统能改善自动送料平台设备重复率高、劳动强度大和工作人员易受伤的状况,提高了铜板的运输效率。 In view of the disadvantages such as large labor intensity, high repetition rate and easy injury to workers in the workshop, a new automatic feeding platform based on PLC is proposed. The design of the automatic feeding scheme of mechanical structure of the platform; the use of MITSUBISHI Q series PLC as control core, the design of the control module of the system, including the pneumatic control circuit module and control module, pneumatic control module to realize automatic clamping and turning function of copper, the circuit control module realizes the function of automatic receiving and processing the feeding platform and other equipment delivery and return signal. Using GX Works 2 software to realize automatic feeding platform, equipment manual, back to the origin, automatic, self testing, alarm and other control functions. The experimental results show that this system not only has good stability, convenience and quick performance, but also can effectively improve the scheduling management ability of workshop copper plate. The system can improve the automatic feeding platform, high repetition rate, high labor intensity and easy injury to the workers, and improve the efficiency of copper handling.
