摘要 以深化SIS数据应用为目的,介绍了自动调节回路在线评估系统的项目概况,提出了系统实施的软、硬件环境要求;分析了确定性评估指标,给出了回路的确定性评估结果;分析了基于最小方差控制的随机性评估指标,给出了回路基于随机性评估指标的评估结果;概述了控制回路模型辨识与参数优化原理,给出了模型辨识与参数优化结果;介绍了系统的AGC、一次调频分析统计及其他报表统计功能。自动调节回路在线评估系统的上线运行对火电机组的优化、管理和维护具有重要的现实意义。 For the purpose of deepening SIS data applications,brief introduction of automatic regulation loops applied on online evaluation system is given. The software and hardware environment required by the evaluation system is put forward. The certainty evaluation index is analyzed and certainty evaluation results of the loop are given. Randomness evaluation index based on minimum variance control is analyzed and randomness evaluation results of the loop are given. Model identification and parameters optimization principles of the control loops are summarized and the results are given. The analysis and statistics of AGC and primary frequency regulation,as well as other statistics reporting functions are introduced. Putting the online evaluation system of automatic regulation loops into use has great practical meaning to optimization,administration and maintenance of thermal power plants.
