摘要
随着特高压输电线路的建设,输电铁塔的登塔检修作业更加繁重,对登塔作业设备提出了更高的要求。对现有登塔设备进行了轻型化和模块化设计,并进行力学分析,性能和安全性都达到了设计要求。设备可用于特高压及其他线路的登塔检修作业,便携性和使用性能良好,可显著提高检修作业的安全性和工作效率,降低劳动强度。
With the construction of ultra-high voltage( UHV)transmission line,the maintenance workload of transmission towers become heavier,which proposes a higher requirements on the tower climbing equipment. Accordingly,mechanical analysis should be performed on the light-weighted and modular design of existing equipment. It shows that its performance and security meet the design requirements. The equipment can be used on tower climbing maintenance work of UHV lines and other transmission towers ' maintenance. Its favored portability and performance can improve the efficiency and security in maintenance working and reduce the labor intensity.
