摘要
多数电厂面临着污染物排放浓度不达标的情况,火电机组脱硫设备的改造变得日益迫切。对某火电厂2×600MW超临界机组脱硫装置改造的可行性方案进行分析研究,基于脱硫效率实验提出了双塔双循环和单塔改造两种方案,并比较与分析了这两种方案的技术性与经济性。同时,综合考虑技术风险、改造难度、改造工期、占地面积、工程投资等因素,确定了双塔改造方案更适合本次改造工程,从而为今后国内火电机组脱硝装置改造提供借鉴。
The transformation of desulfurization equipment of thermal power unit is becoming more and more urgent for the problem of substandard emission concentration from the most power plants. The feasible transformation scheme of 2 × 600 MW supercritical units' desulphurization device of a coal-fired power plant is analyzed and studied. Based on desulfurization efficiency experiment,two schemes which are twin tower double circulation and single tower are proposed. Technological and economic analyze of these two schemes are made and compared. Meanwhile,by comprehensively considering the influence factors,such as technology risk,transforming difficulty,transformation period,site area and project investment,twin tower modification scheme is identified as a more suitable scheme. It provided reference for the transformation of the denitrification device for domestic thermal power unit in the future.
