介绍了石家庄钢铁有限责任公司（简称石钢）炼钢分厂2^＃罗可普方坯连铸机高效改造的情况及改造后的效果。改造后的连铸机进行试车，四流拉钢一次成功，且最高拉速达到2.9m/min.
The situation of high efficiency reform of 2* Rokep billet continuous caster in Steel-making Branch Plant of Shi Jiazhuang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd (abbreviated Shigang) is introduced,and the effect after reform described. The reformed continuous caster making trial run,four flow breaking out is successful by one time and the highest withdrawl speed is up to 2.9 m/min.
