α-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2光催化剂的制备及可见光催化降解罗丹明B的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用浸渍法制备不同掺杂量的负载型光催化剂α-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2,通过XRD、SEM-EDX、XPS和N2-sorption等手段对其进行表征,并研究其在可见光照射下对罗丹明B的降解性能。考察了不同掺杂量的复合纳米粒子、不同浓度的H2O2溶液、不同pH等条件对可见光降解罗丹明B的影响。结果表明,复合α-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2催化剂的光催化活性均高于单一的α-Fe_2O_3或TiO_2,其中α-Fe_2O_3掺杂量为6.0wt%的α-Fe_2O_3/TiO_2的光催化活性和光降解稳定性最好。 The supported catalysts α-Fe2O3/TiO2 with different α-Fe2O3-doped contents were prepared by impregnation method. The structural properties of as-obtained α-Fe2O3/TiO2 samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS and N2-adsorption. The degradation ability of α-Fe2O3/TiO2 to Rhodamine B was investigated under visible-light. The effects of different doping amount of composite nanoparticles,different concentration of H2O2 solution and different p H on visible light degradation of Rhodamine B were investigated. The results show that the Photocatalytic activity of composite catalysts α-Fe2O3/TiO2 was higher than pure α-Fe2O3 or TiO2,among which α-Fe2O3/TiO2 doped 6. 0 wt% α-Fe2O3 had the best photocatalytic activity.
