围手术期护理在42例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者护理中的应用价值分析

Application value of perioperative nursing in 42 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture

目的:探讨围手术期护理在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者护理中的应用价值。方法:按照随机数字表法将84例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者分为对照组(常规围手术期护理)和观察组(整体化围手术期护理)各42例,比较两组护理满意度及各项术后指标。结果:观察组胸腰椎压缩性骨折护理满意度、术后疼痛持续时间、术后双下肢直腿抬高时间、术后镇痛药应用总量、切口疼痛水平、睡眠质量水平、不良心理状态(焦虑、抑郁)、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期护理在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者整体护理的应用价值高,可有效减轻患者不良心理,缩短术后疼痛持续时间,减少止痛药应用,术后可早期锻炼,有利于减少并发症发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective： To explore the application value of perioperative nursing in patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods： Eighty-four patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture were divided into a control group（routine perioperative nursing） and an observation group（holistic perioperative nursing） with 42 cases each by a random number table method, and nursing satisfaction and postoperative indexes were compared between the two groups. Results： The nursing satisfaction, the duration of postoperative pain, the time for double leg straight leg elevation, the total amount of postoperative analgesics, the level of incision pain, the level of sleep quality, the bad mental state（anxiety, depression） and the incidence of complications were all much better in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Perioperative nursing care in the patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture is of high value, and can effectively reduce the patient＇s bad psychology and the application of analgesics, shorten the duration of postoperative pain and promoter postoperative early exercise, which is of benefit to reducing the incidence of complications and improving the patient satisfaction.
