Selection of disinfectants for clean area and their effectiveness confirmation

目的:探讨化学消毒剂的搭配和使用方法,以提高洁净区消毒效果。方法:通过表面消毒实验确认75%乙醇、异丙醇、0.1%新洁尔灭、1%84消毒液、0.4%酸酚和5%杀孢子剂对各类微生物在玻璃、不锈钢和彩钢板上的消毒效力。结果:0.4%酸酚和5%杀孢子剂在三种表面材质上对各类微生物的杀灭效果最佳,0.1%新洁尔灭和1%84消毒液次之,75%乙醇和异丙醇对芽胞杆菌和霉菌的杀灭效果较差,但腐蚀性最小。结论:在日常清洁中,可以选择消毒效力最强的0.4%酸酚和5%杀孢子剂交替使用,A级区域内可以选择75%乙醇和异丙醇交替使用。

Objective： To study the compatibility and usage of the chemical disinfectants to enhance the effect of disinfection of clean area. Methods： Disinfection efficacy of six disinfectants including ethanol, isopropanol, benzalkonium bromide solution, 84 disinfectant, phenylphenol and sporicide at different concentrations against the tested microorganisms was verified by surface disinfection experiment. Results： Phenylphenol at 0.4% and sporicide at 5% possessed the best effectiveness of disinfection on the surface of all three materials, 0.1% benzalkonium bromide solution and 1% 84 disinfectant were the second, while 75% ethanol and isopropanol did not show good effectiveness of disinfection against bacillus and fungus tested but less corrosivity than the others. Conclusion： Phenylphenol at 0.4% and sporicide at 5% should be alternatively used in daily disinfection while 75% ethanol and isopropanol can be alternatively used in level A clean area.
