Social Reproduction and Anti-poverty Practice——Anthropological Analysis of the Hui Community in the Wumeng Highland

反贫困不仅是经济层面的考量,还是政治、社会与文化等多维度的检视,尤其要注意到良好的社会文化基础是减贫发展的重要支撑。在黔滇川交界的乌蒙高地,回族家族、宗教和经济的组织能力,以及教育作为一种人才扶贫的再生产和社会流动机制,在该社会的减贫发展中发挥着重要的能量。这种社会再生产的能力,对反贫困实践具有积极的促进作用。因此,在今后具体的扶贫工作中,除了注重经济层面,还应加入社会文化的考量。

Anti-poverty is not only an economic consideration,but also a multidimensional review of politics,society and culture. In particular,it should be noted that a good social and cultural foundation is an important support for the development of poverty reduction. In the Wumeng Highland of the border of Guizhou,Yunnan and Shichuan,the family,religious and economic organizational capabilities of the Hui community,and education as a mechanism for reproduction and social mobility of talented people in poverty alleviation play an important role in poverty reduction and development in the society. This ability of social reproduction has a positive role in promoting anti-poverty practice.Therefore,in the future concrete poverty alleviation work,besides paying attention to the economic aspect,we should also take social and cultural aspects into consideration.
