某型教练机发动机喘振后未自动恢复工作故障诊断与分析

摘要 某型教练机进行空中航炮发射时,左发出现喘振,并在喘振保护过程中出现了二次喘振和发动机状态未自动恢复现象,飞行后分析飞参并检查发现左发集气盒穿透性裂纹漏气,从而得出左发二次喘振和其状态未自动恢复故障是集气盒漏气造成,更换集气盒后,通过地面试车检查和空中航炮发射试飞验证,左发喘振保护系统工作正常。 The left engine surge occurred on a certain type of trainer during air gun firing, and second surge occurred and not automatic recovery of engine state during surge protection. Through analysis of flight parameters and inspection after flight, air leakage from the penetrated crack on the left engine air collector box was found, thereby, it was concluded that the failure of the left engine second surge and not automatic recovery of engine state was resulted from the air leakage of the collector box. After the collector box has been replaced, the left engine surge protection system operates normally, which was verified by the engine ground run check and air gun fire.
