Build-in access ladder has been put into use gradually on military aircraft because of its high independence, which mainly includes turnover collapsible type, telescoping type, metal skin panel type, combined type etc. This paper introduces typical build-in access ladder on overseas military aircraft, analyzes its structure,extension retraction motion, and finally discusses the basic design principle and development trend of military aircraft build-in ladder.
