摘要
针对某型飞机护板收放作动筒在寿命试验过程中出现裂纹的问题,根据其试验工况,建立了有限元分析模型,结合故障件的理化分析结果,确定了故障原因,并对作动筒进行了改进,通过试验验证,改进后的作动筒能满足产品预期使用寿命目标要求。
Aiming at the issue of crack occurred during lift test of fairing door EXT/RET actuating cylinder of a certain type of trainer, the finite element analytic model is established in accordance with the operating condition of test, the failure cause is identified in combination with the physicochemical analysis result of the failed parts. And improvement has been made for the actuating cylinder, which meets objective requirement of the product's expected service life after through test verification.
