浅析某超声速飞航产品舵系统滚动轴承的设计选用方法

摘要 对于飞航产品,舵系统的操纵灵活性与工作可靠性是尤为重要的。为保证舵系统的操纵灵活性与工作可靠性,除舵系统自身的控制规律与结构强度需要满足要求外,舵系统转动支撑元件的设计与选用无疑也是决定舵机系统两大重要特性的关键因素之一。本文从轴承选型、布置形式以及载荷计算等方面,对典型的轴承设计选用方法进行分析,可为类似工况的轴承设计选用提供参考。 As to the flying aviation product, the operation flexibility and reliability of the actuator system are particularly important. In order to ensure the operation flexibility and reliability of the actuator system, besides the control rule and structure strength of the actuator system itself need to meet the requirement, the design and selection of the rotating support elements of the actuator system are also one of the critical factors of determining the two important characteristics of the actuator system. This paper presents the analysis of design and selection method of typical bearings in terms of bearing type selection, layout form, load calculation, etc.which can provide the reference for bearing design and selection with similar operating condition.
