摘要
论文研究了水胶比、矿物掺合料掺量对透水混凝土抗压强度的影响规律;采用自制Darcy渗透试验装置测定了透水混凝土透水系数,探讨了透水混凝土实测孔隙率、设计孔隙率和透水系数间的相互关系。结果表明:透水混凝土抗压强度随水胶比、矿物掺合料掺量的增加而先增加后降低。透水混凝土抗压强度最大时,水胶比、高效掺和料掺量和硅灰掺量分别为0.30、12%和4%。随着设计孔隙率的增加实测孔隙率与透水系数分别呈现线性与指数增长趋势。
The effects of water-binder ratio and content of mineral admixture on the compressive strength of previous concrete were studied.The permeability coefficient of previous concrete was measured by Darcy penetration test device,and the interrelation between the measured porosity,the design porosity and the permeability coefficient of permeable concrete were discussed.Results showed that with the increase of the water-binder ratio and the content of mineral admixtures the compressive strength of previous concrete reduced after increased firstly.And the water-binder ratio,the content of high efficiency mineral admixture and the content of silicon fume was 0.30,12% and 4%,respectively with the highest compressive strength of previous concrete.With the increase of the design porosity,the measured porosity and permeability showed linear and exponential growth trend,respectively.
