清水混凝土防护材料优选研究

摘要 该文基于对混凝土外观质量的影响对防护材料进行了优选,并采用电通量评价了防护材料的防护效果,结果表明:环氧树脂材料防护涂抹后,混凝土外观清晰度增加,各有色物质显色深度增加;氟碳漆防护涂抹后,混凝土表面一直呈乳白色,与混凝土初始外观相差很大;硅烷使用之后,混凝土试件外观基本无变化;水泥基防水灰浆施工之后的表面形态,看起来与普通砂浆区别不大;对于抗氯离子渗透性能而言,丙烯酸酯和氟碳漆防护效果非常明显,但环氧树脂和硅烷的防护效果较差。 In this article,we select protective materials and evaluate protective effect by adopting electric flux in the light of effect on quality of concrete appearance.The results show that:concrete looks much clearer,and color depth of colored materials increases after epoxy resin protective material is applied;surface of concrete is always milk white,which is very different from initial appearance after fluorocarbon paint is applied;after the use of silane,appearance of concrete sample is basically unchanged;the surface does not seem to be very different from that of ordinary mortar after construction of cement-based waterproof mortar;in terms of performance of concrete against chloride ion permeation,the protective effect of acrylate and fluorocarbon paint is obvious,but that of epoxy resin and silane is less effective.
