The classification and research methods of the unstiffened joints of steel pipe structure are briefly introduced.Based on a large number of related domestic and foreign literatures,the paper summarized the research status and related research results of the intersecting nodes of the pipe,the intersecting nodes of the square pipe,the intersecting nodes of the square pipe and H section chord intersecting joint in the steel pipe structure.
