随着当今我国科技水平的快速提升,在工程成本控制工作中为了推进信息化运作模式的实施而导入了BIM模型技术。工程成本控制的信息化可以有力地促进工程管理科学的进步以及现代化工程的实施,有力地推进工程建设质量的全方位提升。该文对BIM模型化技术在当今工程建造成本控制中的具体运用做出了系统性的探讨和分析。

With rapid development of science and technology in our country,BIM model technology is introduced to the work of engineering cost control in order to promote the implementation of information operation mode.It is proved that informatization of engineering cost control can effectively promote the progress of engineering management science and the implementation of modern engineering,and can also contribute the improvement on quality of engineering construction in all directions.In view of this,this article makes a systematic discussion and analysis on concrete application of BIM modeling technology in cost control of engineering construction nowadays.
