摘要
高速公路作为当代最为普遍便捷的交通设施,有效地改善了交通环境,并促进了沿线城市的经济发展。PPP(Public-Private-Partnership)模式作为一个日渐成熟的融资体系,将有效地缓解高速公路项目的融资压力。该文针对PPP模式在中国高速公路项目中可能遇到的风险进行细致的分析,并对高速公路PPP模式项目提出合理的应对办法。
As the most common and convenient transportation facilities,expressways have effectively improved the traffic environment and promoted the economic development of cities along the route.As a mature financing system,PPP Mode will effectively relieve the financing pressure of highway projects.This paper analyzed the risk of PPP mode in highway project in China,and reasonable responses were put forward.
