攀枝花阳光康养产业发展模式研究

Research on the Development Model of Sunshine Health Industry in Panzhihua

近年来,基于对康养的理解和自然禀赋的珍视,攀枝花根据国家和四川省关于加快推进健康与养老服务业等现代服务业发展的政策,于2012年起步探索发展阳光康养产业,2014年率先提出创建中国阳光康养产业发展试验区,培育适合不同阶层、不同年龄群体的康养业态,构建全方位、多层次的养身、养心、养老基地,打造"中国康养胜地"。这一目标和设想,符合当前中国老龄化社会发展的形势,符合党中央国务院全面深化改革的精神,符合四川省委省政府"两个跨越"主基调。

In recent years, owing to the further understanding of health and wellness, out of cherishing endowed natural resources and to comply with the national and provincial policy in promoting the modern serviceincluding health and elder - care service. Panzhihua started the growth of sunshine health industry since 2012,it pioneered in creating sunshine health industrial development zone,fostered an environment adaptabferent age groups and social ranks. It aims at creating a resort of health and wellness in China comprehensive,multi dimensional matrix for health,heart nourishing and elder - care. The goal of the as-sumption complies witli the current situation of aging society in China, accords with the spirit of the CentralCouncil in deepening reform and innovation,and is in accordance witli the keynotes of provincial governthe Project of Two Giant Leaps.
