资料档案化管理是目前为解决资料管理混乱和绩效考核体系对资料要求而创新的一种新型管理模式。它既是一种模式,也是一种理论,还是一种资料规范管理的手段,更是一种资料规范管理的思想,尽管有学者对档案化管理作了一些研究,但由于他们的研究侧重于理论探讨,与实践结合有一定的差距,根本无法满足现实对资料规范化管理需求。必须加强对资料化的含义、特征的理解;加强宣传,提升意识;国家制定相关的条款规定和行业操作规程;加强资料档案化管理实践应用型理论研究;加强培训,组建相关工作内容的高素质队伍等。

Archival management of data is a new management mode which is innovated to solve the confusion of data management and the requirement of performance appraisal system. It is not only a model, but also a theory and a means to regulate the management of data. Although some scholars have done some research on archival management, but because their research focused on theoretical exploration, there is a certain gap witli practice. Itis impossible to meet the demand of the reality for the standardized management of tstrengthen the understanding of the meaning and characteristics of the data; strengthen ththe awareness; and the state should enact the relevant ar t icles, regulations and indstrengthen applied theoretical research on the data archival management pract ice; strengthen high quality team of related work content and etc.
