摘要
大学生渴望成才,渴望被关注。然而,传统的学生管理模式往往关注"两头",即表现优异和表现差的学生,大多数表现平平的学生往往被忽视,容易导致学生在大学与中学的对比中产生失落、失望等负面情绪。分类指导制通过年龄相当、经历相似、身份相同的优秀学长,针对有不同的特长的不同学生群体,选拔、培养优秀的学长,并根据学长的特长、特点,分别指导不同的低年级学生群体,通过他们的引导和榜样示范作用,促进低年级学生的进步和成长,引导学生均衡发展、全面成才。
College students are eager to be talented and attended. But the traditioels tend to focus on two types of students, the top and the botom. Thus, the always being overlooked, which results in the students ’ loss and disappointment in college when compared with ways of students management in high schools, classified guidance first selects and cultivates diferent groups ofoutstanding senior students witli distinct specialties whoareinapproximately the sameage, having similar experi-ences and same identity, and then those students will be divided into diferent groups accordinand specialties in tutoring diferent junior students. And ultimately, it will enable the junior students to make pro-gress and become better in all aspects through the guidance and the demonstration given by those senior students.
