卓越教师培养之实践探索——以西华师范大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 科教兴国,教育为本;振兴教育,教师为先。在学生成长过程中,教师发挥着不可替代的作用。教育部自2012年开始启动"卓越教师"人才培养计划,旨在促进高师院校教师教育改革,为社会培养一批优秀教师以期实现"更好的教育"。本文以西华师范大学为例,从卓越教师培养模式创新、实施策略、阶段性成果等方面阐述了高师院校在卓越教师培养中的有益探索。 Education is the foundation in invigorating China through science and education ; teachers are pio-neers in the revitalization of education. In the course of students ’ growth, teachers play an irreplaceable role. Since 2012, the Ministry of education has launched the Excellent Teacher Training Program, aiming at pro-moting the reform of teacher education in normal universities, and training a group of excellent teachers for thesociety to achieve 11 better education" . Taking China West Normal University as an example, this paper makes an exploration on training of excellent teachers in terms of innovation, implementation strategies and interim a -chievements.
