Test and Study on Acid Leaching Method of Casting Round Billet

通过研究天津钢管有限责任公司连铸坯中合金元素的存在形态以及对钢的耐腐蚀性的影响,从而确定了在一定试验条件下酸浸试验的腐蚀时间,并得出了酸浸试样腐蚀时间的推算方法,生产检验证明,本法可行。

Through studying the existence form of alloy element in casting round billet of TPCO and the corrosion resistence influence on steel,the corrosion time of acid leaching test under specified condition is determined,and the calculating method of corrosion time for acid leaching sample made out.The production proves the method is feasible.
