Analysis of Drill Pipe Sticking Accident of Lingce 4-20 Well

陵侧4-20井是吐哈丘陵油田的一口小井眼侧钻井。针对该井在钻井过程中发生的粘吸卡钻事故,结合粘吸卡钻机理及影响因素,对该起事故的发生及处理过程进行了叙述,从地层、泥浆、井眼、操作等方面进行了原因分析。最后从影响粘吸卡钻的钻具侧向力、钻井液液柱压力、钻具与泥饼的有效接触面积、泥饼的摩擦系数等4个因素着手,对此类事故的预防从现场工程和泥浆方面提出相关建议。

Lingce 4-20 well is a sidetracked slim hole in Tuha Qiuling Oilfield, and the drill pipe sticking accident occurred during the drilling process. The occurrence and treatment process of the accident are introduced based on the mechanism and influence factors of drill pipe sticking, and the causes of the accident are analyzed from the aspects of formation, mud, borehole, operation and so on. Some suggestions for preventing this kind of accident are put forward from the 4 factors of the lateral force of the drill tool, the fluid column pressure of the drilling fluid, the effective contact area of the drilling tool and the mud cake and the friction coefficient of the mud cake.
