摘要 为提高热化学沉降法处理特一联老化稠油的效率和质量,制定了企业标准《老化稠油热化学沉降脱水技术要求》,对新技术参数、工艺流程、操作步骤、监督管理标准等进行了规定。通过室内实验,明确特一联老化稠油在脱水温度90℃、TR-DEM/ZD-Ⅰ型破乳剂浓度450 mg/L、沉降时间60 h脱水效果最佳。现场应用表明,老化稠油处理罐液面下4 m处含水率由40.0%~45.0%降至2.5%~7.5%,6 m处含水率由45.0%~55.0%降至7.5%~9.5%,达到了指标规定要求,实现创效93.89万元。 In order to improve the efficiency and quality of treating Teyilian aged heavy oil using thermochemical sedimentation method,a enterprise standard"the technical requirements for thermalchemical sedimentation dehydration of aged heavy oil"was formulated, and the new technical parameters, process flow, operation steps, supervision and management standards are stipulated. The optimal dehydration conditions of the Teyilian aged heavy oil were obtianed by laboratory experiments: the dehydration temperature is 90℃, the concentration of TR-DEM/ZD-I demulsifier is 450 mg/L, and the sedimentation time is 60 h. The field application shows that the water content at the position of 4 m under the liquid surface of the aged heavy oil treatment tank is reduced from 40%-45% to 2.5% - 7.5%, and that at the position of 6 m is reduced from 45%-55% to 7.5%-9.5%, which has reached the requirements of the indexes and achieved an benefit of 938 thousand and 900 yuan.
