摘要
接收常数的变化影响聚能射孔器穿孔深度和穿孔孔径的评价结果。GB/T 20489—2006《油气井聚能射孔器材通用技术条件》的引用标准更新导致接收常数发生了变化,以射孔器混凝土靶穿孔深度为例计算分析了其影响程度,接收常数由1.33变为1.212后国内常用20孔/m以下组射孔器平均提高穿孔深度判定值9 mm,会影响评价结果。为保持评价标准稳定,给出了评价指标的修正方法,以助于标准的修订。
The change of the receiving constant will affect the evaluation results of perforation depth and perforation diameter of the shaped charge perforator. The updating of GB/T 20489-2006"the general technical conditions of shaped perforating equipment for oil and gas wells"has resulted in the change of the receiving constant. Taking the perforation depth of perforating concrete target as an example, the influence degree of receiving constant(k) change on the evaluation index of shaped charge perforator is calculated. After the receiving constant is changed from 1.330 to 1.212, the judgement value of the average perforation depth of the perforator whose perforation capacity is under the 20 hole/m is increased by 9 mm, which will affect the evaluation result. In order to keep the evaluation standard unchanged, the correction method of evaluation index is presented to help the revision of the standard.
