摘要
以某成品油管道使用的艾默生质量流量计为例,着重对零点概念、零点产生的原因及其对计量精度的影响进行了深层次探究,并通过检定期间获取的试验数据找到解决零点漂移的办法,保证了计量结果的准确、公正。
Taking the Emerson mass flowmeter for an oil product pipeline as an example, the concept and causes of zero drift and its influence on the measurement precision are deeply analyzed, and the method to solve the zero point drift is found through the test data obtained during the verification period, and the accuracy of the measurement results is ensured.
