近年来PDC在长庆油田钻井中取得了广泛的应用,PDC钻头机械钻速高,不掉牙轮等特点使其在应用中大有代替牙轮钻头的趋势,就靖中北气井水平井与靖南气探井中PDC钻头的使用做出对比,探讨其在使用中的参数优化。

In recent years, PDC has been widely used in Changqing oilfield. Because of the characteristics of high mechanical drilling speed and no tooth wheel falling-off of PDC bit, there is the trend of PDC bit replacing roller bit in application. The applications of PDC bit in horizontal gas well in the northern jingzhong area and gas exploration well in jingnan area are compared, and the optimization of its parameters is discussed.
