The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proclaimed that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Overseas scholars have conducted studies from various perspectives on China＇s socialism in the new era and its implications for the world. They conclude： Chinese experience will offer an option of a new model for other developing countries to pursue their own development; Chinese approach demonstrates its readiness to play its part as a major and responsible country,and make even greater contribution to the peace and development of the whole world; the manifestation of Chinese characteristics proves that socialism holds great promise.
