长沙市旅游-生态环境耦合协调发展研究

Coupling Coordination Between an Urban Tourism and Ecological Environment System in Changsha City

通过构建旅游业与生态环境的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型对2006—2015年间长沙市旅游业与生态环境系统的协调发展水平进行实证分析.研究发现,近十年长沙的旅游综合发展水平呈现较快上升趋势,环境综合发展水平则波动较大.2006年至2015年间长沙旅游-环境耦合协调度不断提高,耦合协调等级从勉强协调提高到良好协调.研究期间,长沙旅游转型升级,内涵式发展初见成效;但长沙旅游发展与生态环境的协调关系尚面临一定风险,旅游发展对城市生态环境的引领提升尚存较大空间.

This paper developed an evaluation index system of tourism and ecological environment, and used the coupling coordination degree model （CCDM） to analyze the coordinated development level of tourism and environment system of Changsha in Hunan province from 2006 to 2015. The findings revealed that the comprehensive development level of tourism in Changsha shown a rapid upward trend in recent ten years, while the comprehensive development level of the environment fluctuates greatly. From 2006 to 2015, the tourism-environment coupling coordination degree is continuously improved in Changsha, and the coupling coordination level is improved from reluctance coordination to good coordination. During the study period, both the tourism transformation and upgrading and intension-type development achieved initial results. However, the improvement of the coordination of the relationship between tourism and environment is still facing some risks. There is great potential for tourism development to enhance ecological environment in Changsha.
