摘要 基于梁的纯弯曲理论与裂纹扩展能量原理,利用四点弯曲模型,推导出Ti/Al_3Ti层状复合材料裂纹能量释放率间的关系式,再编制计算机程序对其断裂力学性能进行数值模拟与分析,探讨了材料层数、层厚比等参数对Ti/Al_3Ti层状复合材料断裂功的影响。结果表明,该解析方法适用于分析Ti/Al_3Ti层状复合材料主裂纹扩展的力学行为,并为研究其他金属间化合物基层状复合材料断裂性能提供参考。 According to the pure bending theory of beam,the energy principle of crack propagation,and a four-point bending model,the relation between the crack energy release rate of Ti/Al 3Ti laminate composites was established. The mechanical behavior of materials in the fracture process was studied, and the analytical relationships of the fracture mechanical behavior was also obtained. The corresponding curves of material layer number and layer thickness ratio on the fracture work were given through the contrast with Al 3Ti blocks. Results show that this analytical method can be used to analyze the mechanical behavior of the main crack extension of Ti/Al 3Ti, and the fracture mechanical analysis of the other metal-intermetallic laminate composites can draw lessons from this method.
