牙齿MRI与CT成像的对比显示探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨磁共振与锥束CT成像在牙齿检查的应用价值。方法选取31例志愿者分别行锥形束CT(CBCT)与3.0T静音MR应用Silenz成像序列检查,由2名观察者独立阅读MRI和CBCT的影像,分别用两种方法重建并对比分析这两种方式的图像的质量。结果本组31例志愿者中,锥形束CT曲面重建图像CPR 4分10例,比率为32.3%;3分15例,比率为48.4%;2分为5例,比率为16.1%;1分1例,比率为3.2%;平均分为3.09。IVI图像4分19例,比率为61.3%;3分8例,比率为25.8%;2分为4例,比率为12.9%,1分0例,平均分为3.48。结论与锥形束CT相比,MRI结合图像后处理技术更清晰显示牙齿和牙周正常结构,包括牙冠、髓腔和下牙神经的神经血管束,MRI的Silenz成像序列应用于牙齿检查极为有利,更有助于临床的诊断。 Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance and cone-beam CT imaging in dental examination.Methods In this study, 31 volunteers were selected and subjected to cone beam CT (CBCT) and 3.0 T mute check application Silenz MR imaging sequences. Two observers independently read MRI and CBCT images, and comparatively analyzed the image quality from these two approaches.Results In those 31 volunteers, the CPR by CBCT was 4 scores for 10 scores (32.3%), 3 scores for 15 scores (48.4%), 2 scores for 5 cases (16.1%), and 1 score for 1 case (3.2%), with the mean score of 3.09. The IVI was 4 scores for 19 cases (61.3%), 3 scores for 8 cases (25.8%), 2 scores for 4 cases (12.9%), and 1 score for zero, with mean score of 3.48.Conclusion Compared with the CBCT, MRI combined with image post-processing technology more clearly shows that the teeth and periodontal normal structures, including dental crowns, medullary cavity and the lower tooth nerve, and nerve blood vessel bundle. MRI Silenz imaging sequence applied to the teeth is very good, more helpful in clinical diagnosis.
