老年肾脏炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the kidney in the elderly: one case report
摘要
患者 男性，66岁。因“体检发现左肾肿块2月”入院。查体：肾区无叩击痛。检验：肿瘤系列阴性 尿隐血（＋）。肾脏MRI：左肾中极后部实质内结节状异常信号，相对肾实质T 1WI呈等信号、T 2WI＋FS呈低或稍低信号、DWI呈高信号影，内见小条片状液化坏死区，边缘见条片状T 1WI等稍低、T 2WI低信号影，增强后皮质期病灶轻微强化，髓质期持续性明显强化，边缘模糊不清，范围约2.1cm×3.4cm，其后缘与左侧腰方肌分界不清；左侧肾后筋膜增厚（图1-5）。诊断：左肾中极后部实质性肿块，考虑恶性肿瘤（乳头状肾癌）侵犯左侧腰方肌。
