This paper introduces the application of special radio communication scheduling system in the field of rail transit, and describes the network structure and equipment composition as well as the system interface with other subsystems. The main functions of this system are analyzed in detail, including dispatching server and dispatching desk functions. Based on the above analysis, this paper discusses the system characteristics, mainly including mutual backup, simple and convenient operation, convenient maintenance,main redundancy and key interface redundancy.
