Study on the New Patterns of Regional Development Cooperation between CHINA RAILWAY Express and Countries along the Route

经过数年的运行和实践,中欧班列以便捷、高效、绿色、环保的国际运输优势,渐渐成长为中欧间货物运输的骨干方式,并成为沿线国家全面对外开放的一张网络。其一,快速成长的中欧班列开辟了中欧经贸往来的新网络,给欧洲国家的经济复兴带来了巨大商机,受到了欧亚各国政府与民众的共同关注。对接"一带一路"宏大倡议、聚焦中国市场、分享中国经济发展成果,正在成为这些国家越来越强烈的共识。其二,中欧班列将欧亚大陆的传统内陆区域推到了对外开放的前沿,一大批外向型新兴产业集群基地在沿线区域迅速崛起与成长,正成为拉动当地经济发展的新增长点。其三,中欧班列还承载了吸纳人力资源、凝聚技术资源、优化资本资源的重要使命,不断催生出"丝绸之路经济带"新的物流和商业中心,促进了新型园区与城市的发展。

After years of operation,CHINA RAILWAY Express has emerged as a major way to transport goods between China and European countries with the advantages of convenience and greens environmental protection.Meanwhile,these freight trains have constituted a network for countries alone the routes to fully open up to the outside world.Firstly,The quickly-developing CHINA RAILWAY Express has developed a new network for Sino-European economic and trade exchange.European countries have gained more business opportunities to recover from their economic recessions.At the same time,CHINA RAILWAY Express can get benefit from implementation of the ＂ One Belt One Road＂ initiative.With exploitation of the China＇s market potential,more and more countries can share economic development achievements of China.This has been a major appeal of the other European and Asian countries in recent years.Secondly,CHINA RAILWAY Express has pushed the traditional inland area of the Euro-Asia Continent to the forefront of opening-up.A large number of export-oriented emerging industrial clusters have achieved remarkable growth along the routes.Their development has become new growth points of local economic development.Thirdly,CHINA RAILWAY Express is also entrusted with the mission of taking in human resources,gathering technological resources and optimizing capital resources.In the course of fulfilling the mission,CHINA RAILWAY Express has created a new logistics and commercial center along the ＂ Silk Road Economic Belt＂ to promote development of new-type industrial zones and cities.
