浅析自动络筒机甩纱原因

Analysis of Yarn Droppings in Automatic Winder

为解决自动络筒机甩纱问题,提高自络生产效率和筒纱质量,分析细纱和自络工序设备、工艺、操作和器材专件等造成自络甩纱的原因,即:管纱脱圈、自络留脚纱、自络无法寻到纱尾、管纱连续性疵点、细纱弱环、纱管内壁污染等,并总结改进方案。指出:优化工艺,加大细纱卷绕螺距,缩短细纱尾线,做好细纱管纱成型,控制络筒车速,保证合适的负压,做好关键器材专件检查和保养维护,加强生产过程控制和操作管理,方可使返回管纱数不大于5%。

To solve the problems with the auto-winder such as yarn dropping and improve the production efficiency,analysis is done to yarn dropping related factors including coil slippage of tube yarn,yarn retaining,hard detection of yarn tail in the auto-winding section,continuity defect of tube yarn,weak loop of spun yarn,inner-wall pollution of the tube in the sections including spinning,auto-winding processes such as the equipment,process,operation and the accessories and parts,and the revised plan is given.It is pointed out that the number of the return tube yarn can be controlled within 5%if the followings are done such as process optimization,enlarging of the winding pitch,shortening tail line of yarn,good tube forming,controlling the winding speed,ensuring of proper negative pressure,necessary inspection and maintenance of the key equipments,strengthening the production process control and operation management.
