罗卡斯机械式集聚纺纱胶辊套制改进

摘要 为了提高罗卡斯机械式集聚纺环锭细纱机纺纱胶辊的套制效率和合格率,分析其套制难点及制造厂套胶机存在的应用问题;采用上定位方法制成新型套制引轴进行试用,并指出套制时的注意事项。结果表明:使用该引轴后可套制胶辊1440只/d,合格率达100%,不仅提高套制胶辊的效率和合格率,而且降低工人劳动强度,完全满足车间生产需求。 To improve the telescoping efficiency and the passing rate of the spinning cots on the Roccas compact spinning frame,analysis is done to the difficulties of the roller telescoping and the problems with the telescoping machine.A upper positioning method is used to make a leading shaft for trial,and the cautions for telescoping are given.The result shows that 1440 rollers can be telescoped prepared per day and the passing rate is up to 100% provided that the leading shaft is used.Consequently,not only improving the efficiency and passing rate of the cots,but also reducing the labor intensity,and completely meeting the production needs of the workshop.
