Technological Innovation of Textile Accessories and Parts

为促进纺纱器材、专件的技术创新,实现纺纱机高速、优质、节能降耗的目标,介绍并分析第18届上海国际纺织工业展览会展示的国内、外纺纱器材、专件,如钢领、钢丝圈、金属针布、锭子、胶管和胶圈等,尤其是对国产纺纱器材、专件进行较详评析。指出:纺纱器材、专件是纺纱机的重要工艺件,选配好关键纺纱器件、专件对提高生产效率、提升产品档次关系密切;国产纺纱器材、专件技术创新较快,有些产品甚至可以替代进口。

To promote the technological innovation of textile accessories and parts in spinning process,and realize the production with high speed,high quality,and energy saving,introduction is done to both the domestic and foreign textile accessories and parts shown at the 18 th Shanghai International Exhibition on Textile Industry including rings,travelers,metallic card clothings,spindles,tubes and aprons,especially domestic textile accessories.It is pointed out that the textile accessories and parts are important for textile process.The selection of key accessories and parts has direct effect on production efficiency and product upgrading.Big progress has been made in the innovation of domestic textile accessories and parts,and some products can be used as a replacement of the imported ones.
