摘要
为了加强对《中国制造2025》的认识,以便更好地应用于纺织智能制造过程,服务于制造强国建设,从智能硬件、工业软件、物联网等方面就智能制造的核心——信息物理系统进行阐述,并围绕智能制造的发展、结合"两化"深度融合分析实现信息物理系统建设的工作重点,并对产业推进智能制造,加强信息物理系统建设进行探讨;提出纺织智能制造过程中科技创新、企业服务、生产管理等方面应用信息物理系统的构想。指出:信息物理系统作为智能制造的核心,是实现智能制造的综合技术支撑体系;"一硬、一软、一网、一平台"是信息物理系统的四大核心技术要素;信息物理系统建设过程中,资源优化是目标、数据驱动是关键、工业软件是核心,工业云是智能制造的信息中枢;纺织行业应充分发挥物理信息系统的优势,推进行业智能制造。
In order to strengthen the understanding of the strategy of made in China 2025,introduction is made to the core of intelligent manufacturing,namely cyber physical system(CPS)from the aspects of intelligent hardware,industrial software,internet of things and such,for the wise apply to the textile intelligent manufacturing process and serve the construction of a strong manufacturing country.Analysis is done to the key points in building CPS with the development of intelligent manufacturing and the integration of informatization and industrialization.Probing is done into the industrial promotion of intelligent manufacturing and strengthening the construction of CPS.The conception of applying CPS in technological innovation,enterprise service and production management in textile intelligent manufacturing process is put forward.It is pointed out that the CPS as the core of intelligent manufacturing is an integrated technical support system for realizing intelligent manufacturing.The four core technical elements of CPS inludes"one hardware,one software,one cyber,one platform".In the process of building the CPS,resource optimization is the goal,data driving the key,industrial software the core,and industrial cloud the information center of intelligent manufacturing.The textile industry should make full use of the advantages of the CPS to promote the intelligent manufacturing in the textile industry.
