Research status quo of nursing-sensitive quality indicators for specialized nursing

就国内外专科护理敏感质量指标的相关概念、理论基础、构建方法、构建过程、研究领域及存在的不足进行综述,提出我国护理管理者及研究者应以成熟的理论作为基础,采用科学的研究方法,逐步构建出符合我国的科学、灵敏、实用、统一及适合专科的护理敏感性质量指标体系。

This article reviewed the specialized nursing-sensitive quality indicators in China and aboard from the aspects of relevant concepts,theoretical foundation,construction method,construction process,research areas,and the deficiencies.It put forward that the nursing managers and researchers should take the mature theory as the basis,using scientific research methods and gradually constructing a set of scientific,sensitive,practical,unified and suitable nursing-sensitive quality indicators for specialized nursing,which conforms to our country′s conditions.
