不同区域视网膜神经纤维层厚度与年龄的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between retinal nerve fiber layer thickness of different circumpapillary regions and the age

摘要 目的研究不同区域的视网膜神经纤维层(retinal nerve fiber layer,RNFL)厚度与年龄的相关性。方法利用OCT扫描25只正常眼(25例受试者),对视盘区域6 mm×6 mm范围进行RNFL厚度分析,通过自行开发的软件读取RNFL厚度图(200×200像素)中以视盘为中心,半径为1.00 mm、1.20 mm、1.40 mm、1.73 mm、2.00 mm、2.20 mm、2.40mm、2.60 mm圆周上的环视盘RNFL(circumpapillary RNFL,cpRNFL)厚度数据以及所处的象限区域。利用混合线性模型,分析各个区域上cpRNFL厚度与年龄的关系,并计算其变化率。结果 1.00 mm、1.20 mm半径处的全圆周cpRNFL厚度、上方象限cpRNFL厚度与年龄均存在相关性(均为P<0.05);颞侧象限中,1.20~2.60 mm半径处的cpRNFL厚度与年龄均存在相关性(均为P<0.05)。其余位置的cpRNFL厚度与年龄均无相关性(均为P>0.05)。年龄与cpRNFL厚度呈负相关;在1.00 mm半径位置,全周cpRNFL厚度随年龄的变化率为每年-0.88μm,上方象限cpRNFL厚度随年龄的变化率为每年-1.14μm;在1.20 mm半径位置,全周cpRNFL厚度随年龄的变化率为每年-0.49μm,上方象限cpRNFL厚度随年龄的变化率为每年-0.74μm。在颞侧象限中,从1.20~2.60 mm半径位置间,cpRNFL厚度随年龄的变化率为每年-0.53~-0.30μm。结论 cpRNFL随着年龄增加变薄;在颞侧及部分紧邻视盘的区域,cpRNFL厚度与年龄的线性关系明确。 Objective To study the relationship between retinal nerve fiber layer thickness of different circumpapillary regions and the age.Methods The RNFL thickness of 6 mm×6 mm parapapillary area were analyzed by OCT scanning from 25 normal eyes (25 subjects).The RNFL thickness maps (200 × 200 pixels) were read by self-developed software.Circumpapillary RNFL(cpRNFL) thickness at the radii of 1.00 mm,1.20 mm,1.40 mm,1.73 mm,2.00 mm,2.20 mm,2.40 mm and 2.60 mm,as well as their quadrant locations was calculated.A linear mixed model was used to analyze the correlation and the rate of change between the cpRNFL thickness of different circumpapillary regions and the age.Results The total cpRNFL thickness at 1.00 mm and 1.20 mm radius and the thickness of cpRNFL in the superior quadrant were correlated with the age (all P〈0.05).In the temporal quadrant,the cpRNFL thickness between 1.20 mm and 2.60 mm related to the age (all P〈0.05).No significant relationship was found between the cpRNFL thickness of the rest locations and the age (all P〉0.05).There was a negative correlation between the age and the cpRNFL thickness.At the 1.00 mm radius,the rate of change between total cpRNFL thickness and the age was -0.88 μm/year,and the rate of change between cpRNFL thickness of superior quadrant and the age was -1.14 μm per year.At the 1.20 mm radius,the rate of change between total cpRNFL thickness and the age was -0.49 μm/year,and the rate of change between cpRNFL thickness of superior quadrant and the age was -0.74 μm per year.In the temporal quadrant,from the radius of 1.20 mm to the radius of 2.60 mm,the rate of change between cpRNFL thickness and the age was -0.53 μm/year to -0.30 μm/year.Conclusion The retinal nerve fiber layer is thinning with age growing.In the temporal side and some regions adjacent to the optic disc,the linear relationship between retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and the age can be identified.
